I was wanting to verify my own blogspot.com blog but didn't know how. So I did a little digging and found out how...

Verifying your .blogspot.com blog in Google Webmasters Tools
First of all, log into your Google Webmasters account.
Add your blogspot url.
Click on the Verify link.
Choose Add a Metatag - select the code and copy it.
In a new window/tab, log into your blogspot.com account.
Click 'Manage Settings'
Select the 'Layout' tab
Select the 'Edit HTML' option
Find where it says <head> and paste in the verification codeSave template.
Now go back to your google webmasters account - Click Verify!
All going well, it should confirm that the site is verified and you can make full use of the webmaster tools.
