Hello guys, i have a problem with file made by me.. So when engine it s very hot like i drive 100km engine got EGT correction boost go in 1.5 bar and i lose power and got a lot of black smoke and i don t know why.. In my file i already linearization 3 bar MAP sensor and i think i made a good egr dpf off and flaps for intake air off and maff less. Now car run in 1.8 bar boost(Who sell me turbo recommend to run in 1.8 bar boost) and some smoke.
My car setup it s this one:
-Big intercooler(600X180X63)
-A little bit big injector(297 last 3 number)
-Big intake pipe with cold air intake 2.5 Inch(63mm)
-Straight pipe from turbo to back 2.5 inch(63mm)
-Turbo Hybrid(GT1749 With Intake from VAG 170HP and Exhaust from BMW 150HP)


If someone know a good ideea to get rid egt correction and smoke when car make egt correction.. and to look at my file if it s correct for this setup and i think car should make 185hp at wheel

Frod focus 2 1.6 TDCi(109HP) with same engine and hp injector but last 3 number is 259 original and i replace with 297
