Can someone release boostpressure block Renault Sagem2000

Hi !

They are saying that Sagem s2000 have a boostpressure block at 1bar. Can someone check if its removable ?

Car: Renault Laguna 2 2.0T 163hp

Or is there Stage 2 or Stage 3 available for it ?

Ive got Megane 2 RS turbo and Megane 3 rs injectors on its way :)
