2006 toyota yaris no start no sync B2799

I have the above car which has engine control dtc B2799,i have tried several times to bridge pins 4 and 13 to sync with no success, the car has been worked on before it arrived to me as the immo was just hanging at the rear of the glovebox,immo shows no dtc's although i have no immo led and i'm not sure if it is the original ecu as it was also loose on arrival,i enclose immo dump,engine and key data and would appreciate your help

maybe someone can help me with a virgin file for this ecu and i can try again to sync through obd,

Enter immo with the scanner and check data if the key switch recognizes when entering the key (ON-OFF)

Yes key is recognised in immo data with scanner and no dtc,s reported,just b2799 in engine.
