Mercedes 1996 HFM ECU

Hi

I have a former Mercedes W210 E230 gasoline from 1996.
ECU has been changed and car doesn't start.
ECU is HFM
VDO 2,3L 4zyl A0175452532
Used and interlocked.
1)I never opened this ECU. I don't know where is eeprom serial.
Inside I found 24C02, is it this?
2) If yes, does anybody help me with a virgin dump or im*o off if is possible, please.

i wonder why no one Help you !?? Fourm is share ,
i think u need Immo killer program , to match the ECU and the immo , disolder 705 from the ECU then read it with ETL also read 24c02 from the HFM and rematch them with Immo killer , there is no Immo off for benz , good luck
