opel insignia tune check

I got insignia 2.0 96kw edc17c19 that is aparantly dpf and swirl flaps off.
Car have black smoke on a bit harder accelerating so i am suspecting that maybe stage1 is done. I cant find this ori file sw- 1037529594 . Is it possible to check if this file tuned and dpf off ?

file is not original,so is tuned,but egr and dpf is not off
