i read it again but same thing EEpROM always 0000 in it
and flash file same as the rar file

Your eeprom not 00, the data is not in bank1 but bank2 at lower half.

Normally reading by programmer will not move the bank, it is done by some reason when the ECU operating but either bank can be good.

your file it's corrupt.
buy new ecu with same number read and post it
