vw edc 17 immo off help

hi, i try to do immo off on edc 17c46 on vw tourane
ecu it's bosch 0281016674 with tricore tc 1767
in attachment you see original file and my eeprom partition memoy modify for immo off.
i try to mount on car but not work, can someone chek if it's correct or sand me file tested for eep immo off?
this ecu it's impossible to clonate because in tricore processor are OTP sector and i can't write it.

i've window thet says wait please:operation may take several minutes but after alf hour it's always the same
