Help with EDC17U01

Hi guys. Please help with value of this resistor on picture. ECU is EDC17U01 from VW and i am cut this resistor accidentaly. This resistor is connected from pin 7 of LM2903 to base of transistor. You can see on picture. I am solder 15Kom resistor but i want to be sure. Can anyone help with this?
If you have this ecu its possible to messaure value in circuit. Not neccessery to unsolder anything.
