I need help for dtc delete EDC16C35 Mini Copper D

Hello , could anyone delete DTC 4089 Y 407E of the EDC16C35 from Mini Cooper 1.6d and egr off ??

I tried to disable the dtcs with the DTC Remover 1.8.5 program but it gives me an error.

I also tried to disable the EGR with the ADS EGR Remover but I don't know if it is done correctly because those dtcs keep showing up in the ecu.

Hello, I have a problem with the car that we deactivate the dtcs and it is that when leaving the traffic lights with the engine warm the vehicle stops.
I have deactivated the egr again with the EGR REMOVER after doing a check on the car and now I get the following dtcs that I would like to deactivate but the MX DTC REMOVER gives me an error when analyzing the file and I cannot do it myself.

Could anyone disable the dtc: 40D4 and 40C4 ?.
