audi a3 2.0 tdi ecu files need edc16u1

hi guys i made a full reading bdm on my ecu bosch EDC16U1 with ktag but wen saving files something went wrong now i try to restore (writing back) the files and ecu wont work on the car.... can somebody please help???? maybe see my file and try to restor if possible
