Nissan Micra 1999 1.3 - Bosch ECU 93C46 - Immo OFF

Can someone help remove Immo from Nissan Micra year 1999 engine 1.3
ECU bosch 0261204247
Inside is 93C46. Not sure if I should read in 8 or 16 bits.
Attached I send both read files 8 and 16 bits.
