Polo 24c64 damaged

Hi guys
Need help with 2012 polo 6R lost key.Removed cluster to put in service mode ,only to find eprom damaged and not reading.There is a key made by the previous Locksmith who could not program.
Please advise on steps to take further? Instrument cluster is: 6R0920860H SW :0505 HW :H03 V03.

Hi guys
Could I use similar dash info from same type of cluster with same HW/SW number make key to cluster,then adapt ecu?
Bit stuck on this one so would appreciate any help or guidance.Thanks.

Hi my friend,
maybe you can do a total IMMO OFF by eeprom from ECU and you are ok.
It is not a wonderful solution, but it is functional.

You need to extract immo data from your engine ecu first. What is the exact make, model and partnumber of your engine ecu?
