Programmers for denso dashboards

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on programmers that can connect to the denso dashboard via pcb..

I usually desolder and resolder eeprom but the latest eeprom are too small, I bought the iprog+ clone but the UART denso adapter doesn't work.

Does the Mtool work with denso dashboard, it says it does but so did iprog+.... or are their any other programmers that suit this method?
