I need a eeprom and flash for S type 4R8F 10849 AE, what I must do to put a used dashboard in this car?

I put a 4R8F 10849 DE dashboard, emulate a transponder (CN5) with Tango but the engine do not start, I must make another thing in this used dashboard in order that engine start?

Must do parameter reset with any software or programmer capable... you can try forscan its free Google it,, works with j2534 or elm327... also if i remember correctly if you erased all key then must add 3 keys total and make sure correct transponder...

Thanks for the help, I need reset dashboard or ECU?, I must erase the previous keys in dash and make 2 or 3 new keys?
