2018 Pacifica keyless only door opening

I made 2 Pacifica 2018-2019. BOth done keys working doors open for keylessgo but start does not work only when attached to the start button.

This is key problem or settings problem? I used original factory key.
When I pesrr start button the key led starts to bling so car and key communicate. ( and when door handle touched key led blinks and car opens)

Did you try to place key at the back of car inside and start?

NO WHY?

Both a new car and have the same issue I dont think car have problem

Must be the key problem. Is it brand new genuine from trusted source?

Yes of course! Original and unlocked!

So brand new or second hand unlocked?? If brand new, then it's car problem. If unlocked key, I would suspect it's not correctly unlocked to work 100%
