w211 merc eis dump

good day - i have a 2002 mercedes c200 with an eis part number 2095450508 and w211 hc12 on eis board ... the original unit is damaged it does not power up. i have this dump from the unit and can calculate the keys for it. i bought a used eis with same part numbers - the unit has a key and it works on the bench - when i write the clients eeprom dump files on it the donor eis does not power up any more, can someone please look at the original eeprom to see if there is discrepancies, thank you

the proper way on working used EIS,
renew it, write EIS data with VVDI or similar tool, insert key to activate it.
try not to write eeprom directly may screw up the encryption chip.
Now try write back the donor eeprom(if you have backup) see if this bring it back to life.

the tool you are using to read and write is the one spoiling things for you. its corrupting the flash file use same eis from car rewrite the flash and it will power up again
