Toyota Mark X 2006 all keys lost help

I have Toyota Mark X 2006 with slot and start button all keys lost.
The first problema is:
The steering is locked
The Start button doesn't light rede/green.
The security light isn't blinking.
Diagnosis machine can't connect tô the vehicle because of the steering being locked.

What I did:
I did data reset the Smart Box( found in the trunk right side of the vehicle).
Still dashboard isn't showing anything.

My question:
How can I make the dashboard on so that l can reset the immobilizer and add keys?

Where is the ECU ID Box/immobilizer located?

The chip in the Smart ecu is S2943, same with Crown 2

My solution
1 Put the master key inside slot.(Master key is black color.)
2 Reset the transponder ECU.(I use a T-300. If you have it, You choose TOYOTA - IMMO - TYPE2.
3 After reset,You have to put off the smart key from the slot.(security lamp on)
4 After security lamp on,Put rhe smart key insaide slot again and Push start switch on - off five times.(security lamp blinks)
5 Write the virgin file to the smart Ecu.(S2943-93C76)
6 Put the smart key the inside slot.
7 Register smart function using Tchtream.
Done

Where is the smart ecu located? Does Anyone know?
