I have a strange problem with an opel combo 1.3 mjt 2014, when the car is idling, raises excessive pressure on the common rail (1800-1900) and goes off .... while the pressure in the pump is normal, (350-450) when I increase the engine speed, the pressure in the common rail drops a lot (1000-1200) and the pressure in the pump rises ....
the desired with the real pressure have a huge difference especially at low rpm ....
the injectors have been changed, the valves in the pump and in the common rail with new, the whole fuel circuit has been checked, everything looks normal, in the sensor in the high pressure pump when I increase the speed the voltage drops (2.5v and goes down ...) what else i have to check?

The only i did not check is the sw in ecu, i cant find original...

Any fault codes or w/l

is it possable dpf ‘blocked’ and tries to compensate?

I have fault code, high pressure in common rail....

The exhaust is open, free...

Can you cut wires at pump run to ecu in case chaffed

I tried with an external regulator on the pump, it works better, but again I had high pressure in the commune rail .....

Can you get the return to an empty can using clear pipe?

I have already doing that, and i use external pump to feed the hp pump.....

Ah, ok, what about using pure gravity to run pump off can

bit like range rover, has pump in tank to prime only

is tgere a story yo this job?

The in tank pump is about 3 bar....

the car came with two injectors changed due to large returns, as I wrote and above everything was changed with a new one ....

the bad thing is that I can not find another car to test the ecu, I have made it immo off.....

Hello mate, I think you must ask to owner when issue started, perhaps after dpf off the ecu maps are altered.

You can try to read value at high pressure valve with oscilloscope and later analize signals to discard if problem is in ecu or in high pressure valve
