Passat 2006 2.0fsi ME9.5.10 mapped cooling thermostat fault P0597 removal needed

I ordered wrong thermostat by fault and this has no heater in it, old one blew up because car overheated, thermostat was probbably faulty, now i have trouble code and want to remove it so i can use normal 87c thermostat
