I have this car, customer report that sometimes it doesnt start and now dont start anymore

is posible to fix with dumps? or need to replace EWS or other module?

i dont usually do this jobs and i dont have the car here is a pity

I think it is not possible to do with EEPROM dumps

but is possible to check if is matched or have some problem with sync code?

i can tell garage to do ews-dde sync with diag tool

ews interface means wiring to be checked or dump problem
