i have to make immo off (not virgin......) an ecu from a Fiat punto 188 with IAW59F.M3 HW303 ecu,

is enough to edit 090 & 0A0?, must cut something?

if you want total off so you will need cut CAN lines
if you will prepare switch for delay signal of CAN to 3 sec - off will work ok

no good solution that with cut the can lines.....

car starts but check engine light on...... i try and with cut b4 battery, and connect to ignition, but car doesn't start.....

I told you about CAN..... you need make relay for that

Can you explain what you mean?

You have to start the engine without CAN wires connected. But, you need to reconnect them after 3 seconds, after starting the car.
You need a delayed relay, that reconnect the CAN wires after 3 seconds from starting, with double contacts(for both CAN L and H),
