2018 Ford Fiesta ST immo fault

Was called to do a spare on this before I started dash display was showing “immo malfunction service”

Fault code wouldn’t clear with Autel so aborted job

Can anyone shine any light on this please

Did you ever write down the fault codes??? I can look up service data for the code..
