Hi there, I chip tuned an audi a3 8l 1.9tdi 130hp. The tune has good power and economy so im happy with it. The only problem is that when I floor it, i can almost always feel a dip in acceleration for a half second. The easiest way i can describe it is as if i was lifting my foot off of the throttle for a half second and then pushing it down to 100% again. I made some logs with vagcom and that confirmed the boost issue. The turbo boosts too quick so it dips down and then it starts boosting again (this is happening as the turbo is reaching peak boost, not when it has already reached it. when the turbo is at peak boost it holds it good). Am i correct to assume that the N75 map must be altered to fix the issue? I didnt alter the n75 map when tuning the original file.

If i'm correct, my plan is to make more logs of the current tune, spot exactly at what rpm/iq the overboost happens and then adjust the n75 map and then reflash the ecu till the issue is fixed.

can i get a confirmation on this?

I apologies if what im saying is hard to understand.

make some change in n75 map and also you can delete egr :)
