I assume this is a HU162 ( 8 cut )

Can door or ignition be decoded with Lishi without stripping the locks ?

Yes you can decode it from door lock. Depends what cutter you using you may need revert some bittings

Even if you strip the lock it will give you same reading as in lishi. Its just some machines doesn’t like “that” reading. I had to revert few in my Miracle. Rapidlocksmith on this forum helped me out with it

Don’t think there’s any biting adjustments with 8 cut but could be wrong as don’t know the lock well enough. I think 9 & 10 cut are a different story.

Using condor on this so hopefully straight decode and cut

Picked this lock open in 2 minutes but no way it was decoding got different read every time picked both ways and read

Fabia must be like Polo and you must invert position 2-4-5-7

for example if lishi decode 11111111 you must input 15155151 in the machine

but as Rapid told us this depend what brand is your machine - For me on SEC work fine

Using condor to do this. I’ll pick again tomorrow and try inverted wafer formula
