READ AND WRITE EDC17CP14

Hello is possible write an edc17cp14 skoda from 2008 via obd ? And if not is possible is possible remove t prot from obd reading or need a full read for remove t-prot?

Some first EDC17 dont have tprot depend on numbers but if you want remove t-prot you must do this in boot mode.

Better to be sure remove ecu and patch it with Ktag, then you can test via obd with kess.

All EDC17, i have always done it this way and never had a problem. Only time it can be a problem is after VW update after Nox scandal
