Clio IV dash from defective to spare copy with UPA usb.

Hi all,
In the project to change a dashboard with the defective digital display, I would like to know if you have ever tried to copy (read from original and write to spare) the entire contents ( saw around there is a Dflash and Pflash, not sure if both need to be changed )
of the 9S12XHY256VLL mask 0M23Y with an usb UPA . If it's possible would someone have the pinout to do it, and please post it here?

Some news:
I reached to read an write D and Flash from original to spare dash. Before trying to change full dash, there has been a try with spare display part on original mainboard. Seems to be they don't match together.
Of course result of wrtiting originals D and P flash from original to spare board conduces to the same result, display shows strange characters.
So at the end could it be the right solution to change mileage and VIN in spare D-flash? Are both possible?
If some one needs pinouts for UPA reading, just ask, i'll put them here.
