In last time many files of EdgarasZ ... and in nearly all I saw issues... and if people cant do p&b at ms41 :)... I dont beliefe they will do a good rs3 tune.
So do a log and see what happend. Or you need wait until evening and we can have a look into.

:), you didnt need to be a genius to compare, talk about this file.
- WinOls, % changes.
- WinOls, absolut changes.
It seams % and adding by absolut changes button this guy really likes.
Mark hole row and add you change hole row, line.

But at the end if its one of this 60€ tunes... you get what you paying for :). Hope you didnt pay really more than this.
