Opel zafira B z18er fault code delete

Hi can someone please delete fault code P0105 map sensor and P0597 thermostat housing fault , this car is for South African market and does not have Map sensor.

Ok original ECU has no Injection pulse p0606 replace controle unit programe unit that comes from imported engine car starts but Traction light is on an only when car is running ,fault in ABS is wrong data from ECU

No chance to solve this with any DTCs off, mate!
You should to program the ECU with proper version for that car.
If you can't - the officials sure can.
Or, maybe is matter of coding only, if you have Op-Com, try to code ECU for ESP etc...
