This on the screen is not a dump tool, it is for OBD connection.
In the dump tool have mileage, component protection and security code only...
The version is "2018"

so what your saying is it needs to be connected to the obd to read the eeprom and reset it or does it not work am asking because i dont want to buy one for it not to work i only need it for my own car nobody else

Never tested if this function works on PPD1.X. On EDC16 works.
Yes, must be connected to OBD.
Find someone, who have it near to you, pay him if he do the job...

Didn't work with all Fiat group - was mistake on board, not work with middle CAN on Opel, nor looked yet where is the problem...
Have a friend, who own 2014 version - works with all, but the software is older and don't have some ECUs in the list...
I have a friend, who works in Abrites company, he have FULL Abrites commander, of course... i can tel you, that even he face with troubles sometime...
What about for old cloned device...
