The wait time seems to be getting greater and greater.
Yesterday (11.00 GMT) I was 71st in queue with an approx wait time of 1 hour 15 mins.
When I got it last Dec, the average wait time was 10-15 mins.
Fortunately I still have my Silca RW4 and M-Box, and a guaranteed 3-4 minutes wait.
I know the Silca T48 chips are 4x more than superchips, but I don't have the time to hang around.
I think Xhorse should be investing in upgrading their servers to cope with the increased demand, or it's only going to get worse.

Most of the calculation are almost free they don't have full profit from all calculations

I prefer to copy the chip but when I see that calculation need more than 15 minutes I program the chip by OBD

For this I have 3 main tools (and vvdi and im608 can also do some ones) - Xhorse Mini Key Tool, Key DIY XD-2 and HandyBaby 2, if one says it takes long time, will try another, most of the time it saves at least 15 minutes to half an hour this way. I also hate to wait but will set the copy function to work before starting to cut the key so at least that time is not wasted.
