I might be doing it wrong, any one got instruction for manual procedure to help me out thanks.

The manual procedure for KD is little bit different than the original key


on the original key you must press twice the lock button
on the KD you must press lock button and release and then press unlock button

i do not know how you did it but sometimes you need to press lock then unlock and same thing again to work
