how to activate launch control after disabling esp

hello, please help me how to do launch control only after disabling ESP. currently it works so that if it does not exceed 5 km/h and stop up 3400rpm map ist 18f79e 10x5 I would like to make this map active only after turning off ESP. I will pay for the solution

here this solution works on edc17 but im not certain with edc16 launch set at 2800 when esp turned off

yeah like i said it works with edc17 so obviously same solution no work for edc16
