K518 won't add key to b6 Passat.

I'm adding a new key to a Passat b6 akl. Pulled dump from CCM and lonsdor read pin and cs. Precoded key and tried to add after 5 min wait. Dash shows 0-1 after inserting the key as per procedure. Key won't add. Tried precoding another tp23 transponder and same result. Any ideas?

Engine ecu has only 6 bytes of CS, Comfort module - behind glowe box. There is pin and 7 bytes of Cs .
