Tested today and it works but its kinda "weak" and still goes up to 5000 rpm

i made you a popcorn limiter on torque limiter you just need to add more boost up to 1.4 bar and add fuel dont be shy with it especially in higher rpm if you want limiter to work fine and raise torque limiter.
