bdm100 incomplete

with bdm 100 im trying to flash new bdm file to ecu with program cmd1255 but it says incomplete ecu file when i try to select the new file it is a 2mb file. should i be going into advanced options and trying either write ext flash or write mpc5xx flash?

the 2mb file you have is that of flash ext. write ext flash
