Range Rover Sport 2016 Stop/Start

I did a key for a 2016 RRS the other day. All working fine. A few days later the customer tells me the stop/start has stopped working, "since you did the new key".

I've never come across this before in many locked KVMs I've done and I don't think the KVM has anything to do with stop/start?

Anyone had anything similar?

A battery control must be done, if battery is not full start / stop is disabled

I used ACDP.

I told him that I suspect the battery.

- alot of "since you done the key" in current climate.

i confirm it'ss battery problems, need full charged battery to active start/stop system
