Iveco Daily Edc16 Stage 1 help

Hi Friends

I have a 2007 Iveco Daily 35c15 bought from Spain
The car have learned the stock Spain speed limit from a day to another .
So can somebody send my a stage 1 file for my car whiteout speedlimit and egr deleted?(egr was deleted from Ecu in a car service but I don't know they really did it)
