Golf 4 1.9 Tdi PD need chip tuning + EGR off

Hello gentelmens!
I need more power for my friends 2000 VW Golf 4 1.9 TDI PD 85kw engine. I took this file with mpps 16.01.

Vw System Type: 1,9l R4 EDC15P
Vw Software Number: SG 1045
Vw Software Version: 000002



I need more power (ofcourse in safe limits, cose I dont want to damage his engine) Also I dont need many smoke from exhaust, or very bad fuel economy if possible.
