Thank you for answer. Unfortunately today I haven't connection with mcu. I can't read again this mcu (and program). Yesterday everything was OK but today I have a problem. I don't now why. I checked connection few times. I put this ecu again in the car and occured additional stange error relative to internal failure. I try to use another UPA (from my friend) and will give an answer again.

Edit: I wrote your dump to another sensor and everything working properly, thanks for help.
