Thats the same company like Remote Kings and xnrkeys on ali. Yes, the company gies worse about 2years ago. Some time ago i was ordering form them (Remote Kings) stuffs worth minimum 400$ every mounth. They was sending in the same day, good quality, good time response and kind. I stopped suport them about 2y ago. Like you guys said very poor responding on email. Many times refund money becouse of not send stuff ordered. Too bad becouse they had good quality stuffs

Most of chinese company make this trick they send you wrong or missing items to order again and fix problems.

This story begin like this many years ago since we had problem in my country and only bank transfer was able since we had capital control in Greece and need goverment agenta approve.
1st order was with bank transfer
1st order arrived but there was missing many keys , most of logo batteries and other items and they told they will send with EMS cause battery problem with airplane transportation so make
i am locksmith and i can not use key without logo none customer want it

so make a small 2nd order with bank transfer again
2nd order arrived and missing items and logo came again with wrong ( again missing items + logo etc)
they was sorry bla bla and we spoke with thiefs and told me to made another order to fix all
they send nothing and they send me and invoice with other details with other name and surname from australia and fake track..
they told me allissa was not working there bla bla

So pay attention to pay with paypal and have the right for refund as fred77 said most chinese are not trust to buy and now with COVID and delay you are not sure about results .
Aliexpress had customer protection also but the problem is delay to resolve propblem and i think nodoby here has time to spend when this situation exist.

you may have noticed that even on mainstream suppliers sites logos have been removed , many mainstream suppliers now remove logo and sell without , manufacturers have had some suppliers raided and have been sending cease and decist letters to others , china hasnt escaped this as the likes of dhl have regular checks and purges on the use of logo , if a key isnt in original manufacturer packaging its deemed counterfeit which has resulted in complete orders being siezed and destroyed and fines levied . so most china manufactures now dont send keys with logo on , these are hidden or concealed in alternate packaging , although most get through they dont know when the checks and purges are on so many dont take the chance .

if your customers wont accept key without logo , then sell them a genuine key complete with logo and charge accordingly but if they want the cheap copy key then its far cheaper but without logo , they cant expect cheap and have all bells and whistles, or do as others do and buy a stock of all the logos they are not expensive from china .

i dont know how trading standards laws are where you are , but if caught selling counterfeit in uk with logo its deemed passing off and can lead to huge fines , most get away with it but some get stung .

rapidlocksmiths it is big true with DHL even with EMS the same rules are also here and in most Eu countries. i know that in UK things are not easy since i learned about 3 key company i was socked and i also was in this situation to destroy packages with mb and bmw remotes keys problem was remote BE with logo. Lawyer told me they do not only demand money for logo but for missing of service too and was better to destroy remotes since i am locksmith and not ofiicial or authorize mb part reseller.

Big trouble in missing items is not only the money you lost but the value time you are loosing. Money you can work and make your time is priceless. Normal you make control order if all are there, but in this situation you must loose extra time to be in a precudere to check what missing check functionality of remotes etc explain them what missing and not working and wrong frequency bla bla and not all days are good in our job you have bad days with block immo situations and time is money.
Most customer want cheapest way a good example car dealers in order to sell a car with 2 keys for example toyota proximity remote they want a copy and key sell just to sell it not an original expencieve. Many locksmiths copy transponder and do this ( i do not like ) i prefer to give something with quality but if he want this way i will do copy , this is what he want and what he will take.

we all know the pain of what is wanted , everyone wants highest quality complete with official logo but at a jumble sale price , sadly cheap has never been used in the same sentence as high quality. in effect your customer is asking you to break consumer law and take all the risks on their behalf so only you get in trouble and want to pay you pennies for this , you dont matter as long as they save money . if you was caught and prosecuted then would they share the fines with you ?
it is unfair a customer expecting you take such risks to save them money , just as its unfair us expecting suppliers to send logos and take a risk to save us money.

there is no issue with selling an aftermarket key , you break no rules selling an aftermarket key , you only break consumer law when you apply a look alike logo to the key , its then a counterfeit passing off and infinges the manufacturers trade mark, and theres no defence as you know the key to be copy and have stuck a badge on yourself , so bang to rights.

ive not known of many locksmiths being prosecuted for doing so , so the risk is very low at present , unless the manufacturers decide to target us after suppliers , and who can blame them for protecting their trademarks, im sure we would all protect ours against scammers.

so you can limit the risk by buying your own logo badges , stock is then shipped with no logo and breaks no rules so arrives without issues .

i have my own company logo that i fit to aftermarket keys , if the customer wants to remove this and fit a manufacture logo thats up to them , but thats how i sell aftermarket , with my own logo badge on them. if customer doesnt like this then thats fine they can buy a genuine key , or give them a logo for them to stick on themself, you break no rules then .
