haynes pro / atris / 2015 problem after install....PLEASE?

Hi, after installation 2015 Haynes on WIN 7 64-bit ... i follow all instruction i have only this screen and nothing hapend752615. Only this somebody know help me ? I tryed on WIN 7-64bit,32bit and WIN XP-32bit but all same story.

Reinstall again and use Runasdata.exe
