Hello guys! Can someone make dpf-off for this Ranger please? The car was running limited, and now is not starting anymore and has P242D stored. Is it true that dtc can prevent car from starting?? Im not sure if this is the cause for not starting, because car has electrical problems also. Thanks in advance!

Your pm is full. Car still not starting, i think i have another problem, must be something electrical. Need to solve it first. Still have p242d.

Started the car, was a starter relay problem. Now is limited and have p1874 and p242d in ecu. No dpf light on dash. Will check transfer case hall sensor wiring (for p1874) and try ti emulate temperature sensor with some resistor.
