Mercedes W220 320CDI EDC15C6 // EGR OFF checksum problem

Hello,
I have here Mercedes W220 320 CDI with engine ECU EDC15C6 partnumber 0281010544.
I read ORI file with FGTech. Then with EGR software I modify software to make EGR OFF.
When writing new file with FGTech it says "Checksum not supported".
I tried anyway write file, however now car don´t start.

Can someone make EGR OFF and Checksum on my ORI file or just make Checksum on my EGR file ?

Here is your checksum file. I don't know if the file will work because the program did a lot of nonsense. If it doesn't work it will be done the right way.
