2010 LEXUS RX270 smart key problem

i have lexus rx270 2010 model,car lost all keys,i program with tango smart key,car started but without proximity and remote,i tried to add other two keys with skp,from there car didnt start even with the one i programed on bench.It only come ignition ON,and steering lock wont release
can anyone help me?i tried to match them smartbox,esl,id code with tango on bench still steeringlock wont release.

Try the files,You must make the key on Virgin,and restarting modules, when you will program to the systerm later.If the lock does not start short pin 4 with 13 on obd2 and wait 45 minutes and it won't help, upload the file you read earlier 93c46.
