SAGEM S2000PM1 vehicel optons

Are the car models (Citroen c2, C3 Peugeot 206 ETC) and options (automatic gearbox, manual gearbox) hard coded into the SAGEM S2000PM1 ECU?
I can not get LEXIA to configure the engine ECU from a Citroen C2 manual ECU for a Citroen C3 automatic car.

I would like to know if there is a way to change the configuration so I can run the C2 ECU in a C3.
