2015 Ford F-250 Mileage mod

Greetings everyone! Could anyone please change my mileage from 206747.6 US Miles to 153438 US Miles? The vehicle is 2015 Ford F-250. The EEPROM chip is 93C86

If possible, can engine hours be programmed as well? Target Engine hours: 5781, Engine idle hours: 2438.
