how read w 203 old on motorola mcu 0g72g. Upa org device no respond xprog org timeout. Both read in circut.

why do you want to read? maybe try to lift reset and irq pins careful not to damage micro and pcb

Problem solved, upa, xprog programmers do not read this CPU in circuit even with legs raised. The solution is simple. For upa programmer, desoldering the processor from the board, soldering it to the sop28 adapter, solder pins 1,2,11,12, 15,16,27,28 the bridge between 14,15 pins and a 4000 MHz oscillator on 3,4 pins. Read / write no problem. Maybe someone will need it.

I make steering universal for ESL w203 and works as original with no issue and with no problem.
What you did is great job but with my tool I just remove the Motorola chip put it in the ziff socket and write the universal file without any bridges and soldering stuff.
