image backup with dreamup

hi, i have a problem backing up an image with dreamup. when i back up the image to pc the image is not backing up as an img file, i have done this before no problems, any ideas whats happening lads, cheers.

box is a dreambox 500c, and dreamup is latest version from downloads.version 1.3.3.2

when you right click the file and click properties it doesnt say .img file no?

Try flashing it with dreamup see what happens.

strange to say the least, tried flashing with dreamup no joy, tried right clicking no joy, will keep ya posted ,thanks.

hi cgscott, deleted services and files in box, ftp fresh services and files, problem sorted, must of been corrupted, thanks again.
