do you know what the turbo is from or is it a hybrid?

I know what told me a customer, bigger than normal, on diesel maps in my opinion is simple because should enaugh do n75 map, but 1.8t the maps are different and I'm not sure that will be enaugh????

If you want to help maybe good will be change: one small different and second more different??? Then write/drive/feel.

It is a tested tune for 150bhp variant but with a k04 turbo with inlet and exhaust modification

if it is a k03s turbo that you have then you might have to adjust preload on actuator to lower boost a tad
